Questions about the "Little Blue Card"

I just purchased EFI live V2 used. But it had one Vin code left. Well, when the guy sent it to me and he could not find the "Little Blue Card" with all the info I need to register my stuff. So what do I need to do to get that info? Or am I screwed and just payed alot of money for a fancy scanner? Thanks for the help
