Hi Mishal,
In scantool:
- connect to vehicle,
- enter PCM type and VIN/OS,
- validate pids (if not already done),
- select pids (PIDs tab), keep channel count <= 24 for 10 updates/sec,
- start recording (round red button at bottom),
- view Data tab or Dash tabs to see logging in progress,
- when finished stop recording (square blue button at bottom),
- save to file.
Include these pids (keeping channel count <= 24 if you can):
- RPM
- VSS
- GEAR and TCCMODE (if A4)
- TP
- MAF
- MAP
- IAT
- ECT
- AFR and/or EQ
- SPARKADV
- KR
- LONGFT1 and LONGFT2
- DYNCYLAIR_DMA
Mishal,
You may have a few degrees to much timing at high airmass...
Also, the HO2Sx1 sensor voltages (~820mV) indicate you may be a little lean... (I would have liked to see ~910mV).
Also, make sure the PCV plumbing is not pulling oil into the intake manifold.
Cheers
Joe
Log 2: ouch... 14° of knock retard... this will seriously damage your motor (even if your advance is low)!
Log 3: no knock... what is different...?
All 3 logs: too lean... HO2Sx1 indicates this... I would like to see them at about 940 mV regardless of what AFRATIO_DMA shows... this means you need to dial in your virtual VE table (this will get your commanded AFR showing as actual AFR).
Some of your pids are showing bad data:
MAFFREQ
IBPW1
IBPW2
Cheers
Joe
Actually in log 3 I just switch the traction control Off ... I don`t know if there is really any relation/changes between keeping the traction control system ON or OFF ?? I post a threat to check that ... same files for 2 and 3 ... what about the bad data is it important ?
thnx
The pids with bad data: there may be alternate pids that have good data.
