    Default did a search but questions not answered...

    ok so im thinking of doing sd but after looking around i havent figured out how exactly to disable the maf to do it?
    my other question is what is the ifr table referenced to? the map pressure or the manifold vac? (im asking because it looks like it might be both?)

    Read the autove tutorial for disabling the maf. As for the IFR table it is referenced to manifold vaccuum. I believe manvac is used as this is calculated from Barometric pressure whereas map is an absolute pressure. Hopefully one of the smarter guys can chime in if I am incorrect.

    5.7ute is correct:

    MANVAC = BARO - MAP

    Keep the units all the same (i.e. all kPa, or all psi).

    Yes, the AutoVE tutorial shows how to disable the MAF to give you SD;
    it also shows you how to disabke closed loop to give you OL;
    (it also shows you how to disable any fueling that is not included in the AFR pid);
    if you're tuning the VE table, you want both OLSD.
