I tried. All three of the spare PCMs I have in the basement are automatics, and the one guy who I do know had a manual PCM is all the way in Florida, but it is a jcl format.
Maybe Jesse from Wait 4 me would have one? He does a LOT of S10 tuning.

I'm not sure if the gear ratios are the same, but it is probably a good start.
