Where to start.

I am new to the tuning and I have quite a project ahead of me. I am going to tune my Twin 76 T/A. I am just not sure where to start, I know that I am going to load the COS5. After that I am just not really sure where to start. And there are not really any turbo tunes in the tune repository.

So does anyone have a document that would help me out. Thanks ahead of time guys/gals!!!
