2bar & reduced power

I have a 2001 vette with a kenne bell super charger with heads and cam. I started tuning it until it maxed out the MAF, so I then switched it to SD and installed a 2 BAR map. I set the map up like the tutorial said. Stock was reading 14.8 and I have the 2 bar reading the same. Now how ever when ever it starts building boost it keeps going into reduced power mode and throwing 1514 code. I have the tablke maxed out already with no luck. What am I missing? It made 540rwhp before it maxed out the MAF.

If you are exceeding the pcm's hard limits you will need to scale the IFR,VE table.
