    Default TPS Perfomance fault

Any ideas on what would cause a intermittant TPS performance fault other than a TPS? I have replaced the TPS, checked the loom with a wiggle test and replaced the ECU (as part of the tuning due to a locked ECU) the problem was present before and after tuning. Causes Trac control to fail and trans to shift hard, seems to fault when hot idle in gear, turn the car off and restar and problem is gone for a while. Tps reads live data in the scan tool OK.

    Cheers

Does the car run a largish cam. I have seen this before in the past and you just have to open up the performance limits to prevent the fail from coming up. Refer C3907

Yes thanks Macca, I did work it out, had to raise the perfomance test limits such that 0.0 % throttle was OK for 800 rpm.
