P1621??????
Hey guys....Hoping someone can shed some light on an issue im having. When i REALLY get on my truck, i get a DTC P1621. I will clear code, and light stays on, then after driving the light will go off. On my EFI LIVE its saying Long Term ECM Performance or something to that effect. Any help would be greatly appreciated
That code should have nothing to do with driving style.
I seem to recall there was a handheld programmer that used to trigger that code in LLY's, have you (without mentioning names) ever had a handheld programmer flash your truck?

yea i have used 2 previously but now have EFI Live
Well, unfortunately that is where the code is from (one of your previous tuners), if you trawl through the EFILive section on Diesel Place it has been discussed, though it was a while ago. I don't recall there is actually a fix for it though, the ECM has been 'stained'.
I don't think though with that DTC set it has any negative impact on the truck.
