Engine swap questions - Several

I'm not sure if this is the correct location for these questions, but.....

Installed a 2003 "built" LQ9 with a Magnuson blower using a 2003 Truck PCM in a 2000 S10 Blazer. 4L65E trans, NP246 autotrac transfer case. (emissions legal) Truck runs outstanding!!

Question 1: Can the speedometer output signal from the PCM to the Speedometer cluster be modified (reduced 61%) to make a Metric speedometer read in MPH. 60 KPH would actually be 60 MPH, 100 KPH would actually be 100 MPH.

Question 2: Can the Tow/haul function be enabled? Base program from the donor truck had the tow/haul (from the VIN)

For Question 1, are you just looking for more resolution on the Speedometer? You might be able to experiment with the speedo tables and get it right but watch for problems due to the change.
For Question 2, check out D0409. Add in a momentary ground switch for this feature. I don't know if the PCM will communicate the status.
