09 impala ss tuning

well, i'm a noobie here. my dad has a 08 lmm that i've played around with. i've never attemped to mess with any gas vehicles. my sister's boyfriend just got an 09 impala ss and is interested in a tune.

is there anyone here than can do it or direct me to a site to find some or buy one? thanks and merry christmas
