    Ive also attached a mild tune for your TB (02 LL8 tuned), its based completely off my stock tune file so no PCM4Less input or input from your posted tune files. Also its not a full tune, you should flash it and see if there's an improvement then go back and add the PCM4Less tune into it (merge them together). And you can see exactly what Ive done to it by comparing the stock tune file.

    I also changed your speedometer without any problems, Im thinking you're using different units that is messing with your tune. When I put the diff ratio to 3.42 with a tire size of 265/35R22 I get values of: H0101- 123704.41 and H0104- 1921.66 which are reasonable.

    So try my tuned file and the 3tune1_update1 (same as the previous one just updated speedo params) and see if they make any improvement and let us know.

    Erik, how exacly do you put the tire and gear ratio? Here is what I do:

    Clicked on Speedometer
    >Preference
    >Speedo Calculator
    >Selected 265 35 22
    >Click refresh button on the "tire calibration"
    >Selected 3.42 on "Calculated Final Drive Ratio" on speed calibration
    >Click Apply

    Results H0101=58504
    H0104=1462.6

    Did I miss something?

    First off go: Edit->Configure Display Units. Select all then hit Imperial. Make sure the speedometer section is set to Imperial too at the bottom.

    Then go:
    Speedo Calculator
    Set tire size to 265/35R22
    Set "Calculated Final Drive Ratio" to 3.42

    Displays:
    TOS revolutions: 3092.61 /mi 1921.66 /km {H0104}

    Pulses: 123704 /mile 76866 /km {H0101}

    Make sure you do not have transaxle checked, VSS pickup teeth set to 40 (default), and Pulses/TOS Revolution set to 40.

    Look at the attached pic and make sure all your values look the same.

    alright I did that but in "Tire Calibration" under Tire Diameter reads 29.30in and 744.30mm. In results shows TOS revolutions to 2353.84/mile and 1242.61/km (H0104).

    But when I retype the "tire diameter" based on your calculations 22.30in and 566.50 everything is exactly the same as your chart.

    Why does my tire diameter in Inches and mm calculates different numbers compare to yours?

    Hmm, I see what you mean. I can make it do the same thing on my end, and honestly now that I look at it during the day having a tire diameter of 22.30 isnt right. 29.30 is more like it, so thats what you should be using in you calculations. So Pulses/mi should be 105036 and TOS Revolutions should be 2625.90 /mi.

    with the tire diameter at 29.30in and 744.30 I got Pulses/mi at 94154 and TOS Revolutions should be 2353.84/mi. I still dont get how you got different numbers than me. Plus with the tire diameter misput all three of the tune you supplied are miscalculated as well. can you correct that is well?

    Here are the same files updated with the tire size properly set at 265/35R22 or 29.30" diameter. H0101 set to 94152.00 and H0104 set to 1462.58.

    Make sure you set the diff ratio, Im using a 3.42 ratio as thats what you've stated you have. Just make sure to hit the refresh button after you've put the tire size and again after you set the diff ratio.

    If these dont work then I have no idea whats up.

    Look at the difference between erik and mine tune with pcm4less's tune. the tune that erick and I did felt slow of the line but with pcmforless felt alittle faster. The reason why I am asking about this is that next week im trying to change my gear ratio to 4.10 and if i change the gear ratio from efilive i worry the shift might go wrong and dont want to pay another $50 for pcm4less when i already have the efilive program.

    How come pcm4less has different H0101 and H0104 than ours?

    here is there tune up
