    Default Absolute Throttle Position

While doing a test log to see if my wideband was working, I noticed that the absolute throttle position stayed at 19-20% at idle. Is this what it should be at? I figured it should be around 5% or so at idle. Is this normal?

This is the log with the stock tune.

May help to post some details relating to type of vehicle?

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T
MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE
    DUCT TAPE.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

Try logging the ETC (Electronic Throttle) PID GM.ETCTP which will probably give you different results
