Elevated Idle Missing

I recently full flashed the latest operating system to my backup ECM(2008 LMM). The elevated idle option is now missing from the DIC options. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yup, I had the same issue... I used the procedure for the older trucks and it somehow re-activated it.

1. Turn the key to the "run" position.
2. Press the "gas" pedal to the floor and hold.
3. Press and release the brake pedal 3 times.
4. Let off the gas pedal and start the truck.

This sequence must be completed within 8 seconds of turning the key to the ON position.
