    Default CKP Relearn

Replaced my crank sensor and went to do a relearn. Couldn't find the link under bidirectional. Did they move it or just took it out completely?

Under DVT Controler, select the LS1 controller. Then the CASE option is under Learning tab.

Thanks. Clicked the CASE button, OK popped up. Assuming that CKP relearn is not needed?

After replacing the sensor, the relearn should be done. Try running it from the laptop.

Replacing the sensor does a relearn? Last time I did a relearn, I revved the motor till it cut out. Then cycled the power to the PCM to save the data.

Word of advise. Don't forget to place your foot on the brake when you rev to 4000K / fuel shut off. I spent over a hour before i figured out that my PCM would not learn because I did not press the pedal.

    Hope this helps.

    Anyone know what that means???

YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - WD-40 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T
MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE WD-40. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE
    DUCT TAPE.
IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.
