    Default V2 newb question

    If i wanted to just read a pcm and look at the tune do i get charged a license or do i get charged a license to flash the pcm?

    You do not need to license the PCM to read tunes off of the PCM.
    E85 is NOT flex fuel.

    2003 Chevy S10 4.3L LU3 LS1B Auto
    48 LB injectors
    Race Proven Motors 2114 intake
    T70 turbo.

    so when do we get charged the license?
