    Default Oil Temp Acceptable Range

What is an acceptable oil temperature range for an LSx 455 with 7.5 PSI supercharger? I'm running 220-230 degrees crusing and 250 if I drive aggressively for a period of time. Not sure if that is too hot or ok.

    Thanks,
    Bobby

20F-30F above coolant temp is considered good.

For hard driving, 250F is still considered within acceptable range.

    What oil are you using...?

Mobil 1 is fine in those ranges and probably most full synthetics.
    The Corvettes throw a warning @ ~290.
