TP sensor
My 98 Z28 is scanning 14.5% tp at closed throttle. I checked the 5 volt refer with a multimeter and its good, gorund is good, and output to the pcm is .5 volts. Am I missing something here??? Can the scaling be changed in the tune??? What is up? I just want to clear this up before basing a tune on bad info. Thanks

have you messed with the idle screw?
TPS reset:
with key ON engine OFF - unplug the TPS for 30 seconds
turn key OFF - plug TPS back in
