Has anyone seen the speed limiter on a zr1. Some of the test seems to show like 2 or 4 more mpr then zo6. Seems low to me for over 100 more hp only 4 more mpr was wondering if its hitting speed limiter.

Has anyone seen the speed limiter on a zr1. Some of the test seems to show like 2 or 4 more mpr then zo6. Seems low to me for over 100 more hp only 4 more mpr was wondering if its hitting speed limiter.
It may have to do with the tire speed rating (Y = 186 MPH)... speed limiter is usually set close to this.
ZR1:
Speed limiter is set to 210MPH
RPM limiters are at 6600RPM.
Z06:
Speed limiter is set to 205MPH
RPM limiters are at 7100RPM.
The ZR1 is probably hitting the RPM limiters rather than the speed limiter.
I no longer monitor the forum, please either post your question or create a support ticket.
the edmunds video shows it hits 210 with speedo so its hitting speed limiter they corrected it too 200.4 with gps that makes sence it was showing 5800 rpms so its got more with speed limiter turned up
