    Default No start tune?

What would be a safe tune to make that would cause the truck not to start? For example as an anti-theft tune. Obviously this would come into play for the DSP but since lbzs dont have that yet, I would like to learn how to make a tune like this for when it does.

You could just make the pedal position to desired torque tables (B1115 & B1116) all very low, maybe 150. The truck will still run but will just crawl along.

    Cheers,

I have one that I set the Fuel pressure, Pulse Width and commanded fuel volume to zero for all tables. Truck turns over but will not fire. I'm sure you can accomplish the same thing with the newer ECM's.

Will this potentially damage the engine?

If you have to park the truck for a while, just remove the fuse that powers the ecm.

That is only good if you know it would not need to be moved. I did it the other way I said because if my roommates needed to move it to get things out of the garage at 3mph that can be done.
