Im am Completely new to Diesel Tuning. Used HP Tuners with some help and was able to make 600+HP with a Dodge SRT4 neon so i do have very surface level knowledge with tuning and 100% understand the risk i play but i did it once i can do it again. Anyways I have a 2007 6.7 Cummins Dodge Ram 2500 with the 68RFE that I want to play around with and get rid of emissions the correct way. Don't want to just go in and disable the codes. Been doing my homework but everytime i read something that gives me an answer i read another thread and it says the complete opposite. I don't want to buy a tune since i like to learn plus i can't blame anybody if something happens.Here are my main questions

What EFILive tools do i need exactly? Just a Flash Scan and the Dodge cummins Licensing or is there more to that as well?

Can I Read the Stock file off the truck and save it then make a duplicate file of the stock file and tamper with that one so i can convert the truck back?

Is there TCM Tuning with EFILive?

Are there EGR/DPF parameters available through the standarder software meaning i can read the stock file and go straight to it and they are not user defined parameters?

Are they accessible and can i zero them out to shut the sensors off?
