The Truck OS never come with a manual transmission. So this could be interesting.
Have you tried to use a LS3 OS?
12635863 is from a 2010 Camaro with LS3/TR6060.
Ive never messed with the E38 and flashing in a different OS so this is all just ideas.
Can you load your current tune?
Its not like the 0411 PCM where you can just blast any cal in anything it bricks the computers if you try to force full flash into one that does not match OS.1970 Chevy Monte Carlo_6.2L_LS3_ASA Cam_TKO-600_Zac Sabin_60lb inj_fiz for PN rev limiter_speedo.ctz
It runs great, I just can't seem to get it to stop hitting the P/N rev limiter even though its set at 6800 it hats at 4000.
