they probably only made changes to the high octane table and left the low octane table stock.

No, they actually advanced Low octane as much as 10 deg over stock in some parts of the table and a few degrees advanced past High octane. Seems to have been done on purpose.

Strangely the professional tune I paid for (some years ago now) was the same, low octane tale higher than high octane. But, I think as in my case it has to be a cock up!
