    Default lbz check sum error

    first ill state this truck is not in front of me it is 600 miles away. i have this sent to me via email to do a dsp5 upgrade on and send back to the customer but i do have this problem. theirs a check sum error. i assume its a simple fix, but my searching hasnt came to no avail. i have a check sum error in this tune. i have made sure the customer has the latest software and firmware.

    any help will be appreciated,
