You can change VIN with PcmHammer, it is included in
Universalpatcher-Full.zip

- Change VIN with PcmHammer

- Read PCM with PcmHammer

- Disable anti-theft (VTD) with UniversalPatcher (and some DTC codes)

- Write modified bin with PcmHammer
