Can't get 7.4.2 with new E38 download to read cal file #12597121...help.

Stripped EFI off my desktop today. Downloaded the latest v7.4.2. Down loaded the E38,T42 and allison updates. Downloaded the July 19 cal files.

But I can't open a os12614676 cal12597121 file...I get "UNRECOGNIZED PCM" etc.etc.

Any ideas ?
