Default repined cpu from 98 to 02 and changed engine combo. where do I start??

Hi guys, I'm a little confused on what my best course of action is with my setup. The car is a street rod and I originaly had a heads/cam 346 with a 98 computer and painless harness. I used LS1Edit to tune. Well this winter I changed the combo all around. I redid the engine lowering the compression and added twin 62mm turbos. I also purchased efilive V1 and repinned my harness to 99-02 config and installed a 02 computer.
    Here are the car specs
    346 9.5 - 1 compression
    Dart 225 heads
    80lb injectors
    22x/23x .600" 114
    twin precision 6265 62mm turbos
Th400 with transbrake and 4k stall converter

I'm only planning on running about 15 - 20psi. I'm guessing I should be using cos5. What should I do to get this thing fired up and start tuning? Should I add the cos first or wait till after I fire it up? Or should I try to find someone with a similar setup and use that as a base?

Thanks for any advise or guidance,
    Frank

A starter tune from someone with a very similar setup is always nice. But, you could start off with a 2002 COS 3/5 and input your IFR and scale up the main VE table about 20% and the boosted VE about 35% (For Safety). Then tune with a W/B O2 from there.

Thanks a ton Jeff!! I just downloaded the tune that was on the computer. I bought it from Jesse at wait4me and it was supposed to have a 02 fbody calibration in it. I have to load an 02 fbody os in there before I can do a cos right? Anyone know where I can find an 02 OS. Mine currently is 12202088

    Thanks,

Goto www.holdencrazy.com and see the 2002 Camaro 12212156 file with the same transmission as yours.

Ok, I loaded the 12212156 os for a 02 manual trans. Where do I actually get the cos5 from? When I click on the tab there is no cos's listed. Sorry for the rookie questions, I'll pick it up quick!

    Thanks,

If you have the latest V7.5 software installed it comes with COS5...

In folder C:\Documents and Settings\Joe\My Documents\EFILive\V7.5\Bins\Custom OS see file 02020005.tun.

Copy this file to your usual Bins folder (i.e. so you edit the copy).

Don't use the "Upgrade OS" tab in the tune tool.

No worries, all questions are welcome...

hmm, I don't feel so dumb now. I was trying to do it that way and I don't have that file in my cos folder. I checked my software rev and it 7.5.3 build 36. I tried to upgrade and it won't do anything. Tried seting up automatic updates also. I guess my next step is removing it and reloading the latest version??

    Thanks,

Do you have FlashScan V1 or V2...?

If you have V1 then download/install V7.5 from the link below.

If you have V2 then download/install V7.5 and V8.1 from the link below, and update V2 firmware/bootblock (after first carefully reading the attached doc).
