EFILive does not currently support BMW vehicles.

Exclamation Thinking out loud about what you asked...

As Andrew said, EFILive only works with the stock GM engine/transmission controllers.

You would have to get the GM ECM to run your engine... meaning: you have to replace all the sensors, and equip the crank with a suitable crank position reluctor wheel... and so on.

Or transplant in an LS3 (if you can make it fit)... ...this will double your power and torque for only a small weight increase over your 3.0L inline 6... you will also need a bigger/stronger transmission and differentials (the 330 xi is AWD, right...?)... and maybe even suspension needs upgrading... or an LS7 if you have the money (500+ HP).

Various people are transplanting GM engines/powertrains into various vehicles, for example RX7 and 240Z/260Z... and on ls1tech I heard someone has an LS1 powered 3-Series BMW... you are limited only by your fabrication skills.

It just might be easier/cheaper to buy a 1998-2002 Camaro and drop in a forged stroker.

    Just some thoughts.
