Ah, manual, then ignore my comments regarding the transmission parameters.

Edit:
Both your .tun files show signs of being automatic transmission files... for example, the shift pressure tables in a manual transmission file jump up to max pressure immediately, whereas yours are shaped like auto. trans. ones.

Stoich cells in B3647:
when you do AutoVE or AutoMAF (done with CL disabled), then you will have to set those cells to non-stoich values;
when finished AutoVE/AutoMAF, you can set those back to stoich if desired.
