512g/s is a hard limit on the e40 ecu. None of the COS patches fix this.
Your only option is ditching the MAF and going full SD.
General note on the patches, make sure you've done a full OS reflash, not just a calibration flash.
i have done a full OS patch, so how do I do the full SD, this was my original question... link pleease....
The patch doesn't do this for you, you have to manually fail the MAF. Read the AutoVE tutorial, its all in there.
which autove tutorial? I have googled and searched, and the one for the LS1 appears to differ???
ummm its the sticky at the top of this forum....

You basically want to set the MAF fail frequencies C0301 and C0302 to always be out of bounds. I set both to '0'.
The DTC MIL codes P0101, P0102, P0103 should be set to 'No MIL' to prevent the check light.
Set the DTC Types for the same codes to 'C: Non Emissions'
If switching to SD you will need to do a full VE table tune, so follow the tutorial. GelfVXR's notes in the thread above ammend the areas that are different on the E40 in the main tutorial.
where is the info needed for 2 bar???
All you get with the 2bar patch on the e40 is a boost VE table that allows you to MAP past 105kpa.
I assume you have fitted a 2 bar MAP sensor and scaled it correctly?
i have seen nothing for a 2 bar patch... map scaled to 188 & 62... never see anything over 105 kpa on any ve tables...
If you've upgraded to the 2BAR COS properly you should have table A0001 Boost VE Table.
Check the option to upgrade isn't still there on the 'Upgrade OS' tab.
