Default Stock 6L80 goes 10.2 in full weight VE (G8)

Did this on my break last week after finally getting around to putting the slicks on.

Car is a Supercharged 6.2 running 14 psi with a 3 year old stage 3 circle'd billet torque converter.
I run the converter locked in 3rd/4th gear, will give it another try next week hopefully with it unlocked to see if there is any difference.

Rear Camera run of the 10.2 @ 135mph

Nice, you're MOVING! In the 2nd video, looks like it takes a little wheelwork to keep it straight through 1st and 2nd.

All stock 6L80E, just a converter?! Nice! What's your race weight?

im actually using 2nd gear for starts, 1st gear is far too short.

race weight with me would easily be pushing 2ton.

Ah, I remember you mentioning that a while back on here. So it's really 2nd and 3rd!

I was wondering why it seemed like you were in 2nd gear for a millisecond before the upshift to what I though was 3rd. It went, 2nd, 2nd lockup, 3rd, 4th. Cool. I just asked a question of you on You tube.

Are you locking through the shifts, or unlcoking during the WOT shifts.?

    it's actually 2nd, then 3rd, 3rd lockup, then 4th.

convertor stays locked up between shifts.

Obviously the TCC is locked in between the shifts lol, I am asking if you are locking the TCC during the upshifts?
