    Default license transfer

I have an 06 cummins In an excursion I used my fathers efilive to flash a good factory tune and turn off the anti theft thus using one of his licenses. About a week later I decided to purchase my own efilive hardware. Is there any way to transfer the license for the excursion from my fathers V2 to my V2?

    Thanks

No, you must purchase a license for your V2.

Erik is right, once a license is used, it cannot be reclaimed or moved. You will need to license the vehicle to your FlashScan device (if you purchased your V2 new, it would have shipped with 2 VIN licenses), or continue reflashing with your Father's V2.

Cindy if he licenses the ecm/pcm with his personal v2 is that ecm/pcm then licensed and can be tuned by both v2s at separate times as long as the tune isn't "locked" ?

An ECM can be tuned by multiple FlashScan devices provided the ECM is not locked and licensing requirements are met.
