    Is the screen blank all the time? Is it a blue FlashScan? If so maybe the LCD contrast setting is way off. You can change the contrast in the F4 Options -> F1 Setup -> F1 Edit Settings option.
    It's the last setting, so if you can't see the screen, then after power up, just press F4, F1, F1, hold down the down arrow for a few seconds to allow it to scroll to the bottom, then hold the left (or right) arrow to alter the contrast.

    If that does not work, then maybe the LCD screen is faulty.

    i Adjusted the contrast via the setting on the computer. Also took screen shots of the controller before and after pushing buttons to determine the LCD isn't working. Which I'm really not concerned with as long as my laptop works.
