You can adjust the MAF tables to get it to fuel harder down low but as Les said you're emissions systems are not going to be very happy.
Your talking adjusting the AFR table and not the actual MAF frequency table, right?

Are either of you guys willing to share a tow tune so I can see where I may be going wrong? I still haven't found the trans limiters. I see full throttle torque target . not sure if that interpolates back to 0% . I did adjust it and it didn't seem to make a difference. traction control off and it goes to 2000 rpm and levels out. thank you for the replies...
None of my tunes will be helpful, I don't tune for burnouts...just clean, linear power.

Thank you for your help , This is actually what im after. Thats why the burner is still on the truck. The burnout reference was to show that im missing something on the low end limiters. Ill keep trying or maybe someone else will jump in and lend a hand... Thanks again

That is my next step, I was doing one change at a time earlier to see if I could make a difference and it didn't work. i can add fuel and timing, the timing i could go easy with but with adding fuel and having the burner in place i cant tune out the smoke. Is there a rule of thumb for fuel on the emissions compliant truck? I heard you loud and clear when you said they don't like high torque down low with the burner in place. I have zachs book but all the limiters are labeled different from previous years. I was thinking if i wanted a given torque at a certain rpm i could just command it there, and if there wasn't any fuel limiters in place i would get it. Guess its not as simple as i thought. Thank you for the reply.....
What you're asking for in the tables is a maximum, not a absolute.
Also take note that the base table plus altitude 1-3 are for "normal" operation, if the truck is cold, or in another EOM than base 1-3, it'll throw your perceived torque request off.
Scanner that shows what EOM you are running in will help.
One good giveaway that your irritating the emissions system is the throttle valve position. If it's anything less than 80% open when in spool up, off idle or moderate acceleration, then it's telling you the system isint happy.
With the scr system still in use, the ecm will gladly plug the dpf up before it allows higher than designed NOx.
So you'll see the egr stay open, the throttle valve close or go less than 80%, to keep the torque and NOx down.
