It's not really an error, it is just the BBX Statistics that may be optionally shown at the end of a read or flash. The OK value is the number of messages that went through without any problem, the ER (error-retry) value is the number of messages that were detected as containing faulty/corrupt data. Any messages with faulty or corrupt data are retried up to three times before the read or flash is aborted.
If the read is successful (i.e. all check sums show as green ticks when you open the tune file) or if the flash is successful then all the ER messages were successfully retried/recovered.
If the read or flash fails you can use that display to see the ratio of OK to ER messages sent during the read/flash process. A rule of thumb is if ER is greater than about 5% of the total messages then there may be a network fault in the vehicle.
With only 5 retries in 733 messages that's a failure rate of only 0.6% which is pretty good and nothing to worry about.

It says (FS V2 Only) but obviously that option is valid for AutoCal as well.
