It is not an E98, it is an E46 which unfortunately uses GM's new security of digital signing of the calibrations, no support is the likely outcome.

It isnt, but it is based off the same conti0100 firmware/software. Someone with mapping experience should be able to do this fairly easy. The problem is flashing it successfully/unlocking the 5 bye seedkey. Currently 5 possible options that I have found.
1, Bruteforce attack, takes up to 7 days for seed key.
2, EMI fault injection to accept seed pass(colin flynn) PicoEmp
3, A certain GM software that doesnt require SPS
4, SPI/Lin bus reading/programming through secondary chip, possible but takes smarter minds than me.
5 Aftermarket ECU, such as the mercury marine 3.0L boat motor, ECU is $1200,

Dont know if the pin harness is the same, cant find too much info on it.
This project really needs a team to do it, I have got pretty far with everything but am currently stuck at mapping the bin files.
