Looking into doing a project, using a Cummins CM848 (Dodge) ECM, and I am trying to figure out if I can use my V2 and 7.5 to change the VIN?
It seems that I can connect and see very basic info, but not much else.

My 7.5 and 8.0, on my laptop is over a year old and I'm not sure if there is an update?
