I attempted to register the vehicle, but it is no longer operational. It informs me that the firmware is incompatible with my software (7.5) and that I must update everything. It functioned properly one week ago.
The software is installed on a laptop that lacks an internet connection, and it is hoped that the box does not automatically update while in the vehicle. How can they suddenly become incompatible?
