AutoCal file loading for old device

My brother has a low mileage 2007 Duramax and uses the tuner shown in the pictures below. I used to have the software to load files onto the device, however that was a few laptops ago.
Is it possible to acquire the software to be able to load some additional tune files to this device. I know it is old but thought it may be worth a try. Thank you for an insight.

That is a Autocal and it is linked to a Flashscan V2 interface box. Whoever he bought the Autocal from will be able to load files for you.

Thank you for the reply. I was able to load the file to the device by using EFILive V8 explorer. Adding the file gave me a total of four files. However, when connecting to the device it wanted me to update the firmware of the AutoCal device from 2.07.027 to 2.08.009 a newer version. In doing so none of the files will now load to the vehicle, it has an error code. Could this be that the files I have were created to work with the older version of firmware? Would I now need the tuner to update the tune files to be compatible to the newer firmware of the device?
