This is my vin 1GC1KWEY2JF191175 would i be at all able to just put the stock file in the auto call then flash the stock file to my truck? Or is that just the function of the flash scan?

From what I know, the only current way to do emissions off on l5p is through hp tuners using user defined parameters. There's some shops online and an well known web page that sells custom definitions for ecus that will set you with the correct xdf for this matter. I've not read yet about efilive being capable of turning emissions off, and also, it is being kept silent because of epa's big fees.
