So I've been fighting the same issue the past few weeks, 2015 LmL with new engine installed, cp3 converted, 30% over sticks from DDP, BD Screamer Turbo, light weight exhaust! Runs and drives great, programmed IQA codes and tried all 8 codes as one code, reset learned trims, put in another new set of 30% over sticks, tune file or stock file it will shudder at light throttle 20-30% app. No tcc slip, compression is good and power balance looks good but I do have 2 codes for cyl 6 and 7 that pop up for max learned limit exceeded. It idles great, runs great at hard throttle and WOT, but super light throttle it will shudder almost like the engines quivering from inconsistent combustion and it's sending the vibrations through the powertrain, of course you can feel it big time once the tcc is locked up. I'm pretty much at the point where I want to put stock injectors in it and see if it goes away. 2 engines, and 2 sets of injectors has gotten to be an expensive learning curve!
