Have a 2007.5 LMM 2WD Dully that was running last week after a new ECM was flashed to the truck. That ECM is now fried on accident by touching positive battery terminal. The previous owner bricked the orig old ECM so the old one is gone, and I am the new owner. I have the truck and a replacement ECM from a 2009 2500 HD 4x4. The truck was deleted before bought and still ran after the stock tune was flashed to previous ECM for about 3 days before I had the bright idea of reflashing a unknown tune that came with the fairly new AutoCal when I bought the truck. After I flashed the truck, it went into engine reduced power mode but still started and ran. Now I have a 3rd ECM we installed today but the VSAT is enabled and obviously this ECM has to be VIN programmed to my truck. I have the ACDelco license for the flash and the Tech2 software already. Can we use the EFI for this or no?
