Reman 12200411 PCM flashing

I have spent quite a bit of time searching but I've found mixed stuff. If I buy a reman 12200411 PCM that is likely blank, can I use EFILIVE to flash it with the initial calibration? Has anyone had any luck with these reman 12200411 PCM's? I know all of this stuff is quite old. Is there a better option now? I do have EFILIVE and i have a V2 and also a V3. Thanks for the help.

Ive never seen a old LS1 PCM be blank.
Unless they are using new chips and such.

Give it a try and see what happens.
