06 Cummins 5.9 G56 Need Tune Revision Or Tune!

Hello everyone i understand everyone has something going on or is busy, but if somebody could help me, I would appreciate it. I'm not looking for handouts I'm willing to pay, I have a 06 5.9 Manual that's tuned with CSP5. I recently did some changes to my truck I previously had a 364 turbo and I replaced it with a S636 turbo and I got bigger injectors 100hp, I also added a air dog lift pump and S&B intake, I was wondering if anyone could help adjust my tune for my new upgrades, or if maybe someone has a tune for my setup? The previous owner sent me the tune file when i bought the truck.

i skimmed through the file and noticed that it still had the auto transmission folder like most G56 Tune files that are found in these "stock tunes" from these forums. does the 68rfe/auto transmission folder appear when dealing with factory files?
