    Default Software ID DO90066.05 for 2018 6.7 with 68RFE

Having some issues with a tune from a tuner. My truck is ID plated for DO90066.05, the tuner gave me a CSP4 tune DO90066.03.

The issues I am having, and they are too I suppose. My VGT warmup wont engage and I am finding it hard starting in the winter. I have a stock file from the tune depot but it wont open in my V8 or V7.5 to edit. Is there another compatible Software ID I can use or am I going to have to hope the tuner can sort this out?

For context its a Canadian truck and fully deleted. Any help appreciated.

Pretty much everyone uses DO9006X.03 on the 2018 trucks.
If isn't hard starting, the grid heater was probably turned off.
If the VGT isn't responding as expected, check the EGR sensors. Depending on what was done, you may need to have certain things disconnected.

Ya, its weird. I have AlphaOBD for the BCM/ECM OEM side and everything there is on and correct. I am fully deleted, there is no emissions anything still on the truck and I have no CEL or inactive codes coming up. I have yet to log the grid heater activation, the light on the dash does come on but I have yet to log and confirm its working on the IAT sensor. So it may be a non-issue.

Make sure your EBP sensor is still functioning, I've seen a couple trucks with no codes, a sensor that was broken/non functioning, and the Exhaust brake wouldn't work (can't remember if it was just partially working or not at all). Probably unrelated to your grid heater, but might explain the VGT not closing for warmup

EBP sensor is good. It logs good and was logging good prior to new tune.

Its got to be a OS issue. Tuner is on Version 3.0 now and no bueno. Loading in a stock DO90066.05 tune to test.

Looks like EFILive does not have it mapped. I am sure if you contact support and ask nicely, they may help you. At least, they have did years ago.

it is not OS problem , it is more likely wrong parameters turned off during Deleting modification of file , this year Cummins have around 900 Emission parameters that need to be turned off, when too many switches off or wrong switches off then that's side efect
