Check out the instructions in THIS THREAD. They relate to the RoadRunner but are similar. Also look in the 'C:\Program Files\EFILive\V7\Docs\FlashScan V?' filder for driver instructions for each OS.

No luck, it keeps on giving me this error. Cannont Install this Hardware. There was a problem installing this hardware: An error occurred during the installation of the device. The system cannot find the file specificied.
I also tried the file from the link and the file does not have the file needed.

Did you try specifying the driver's location rather than letting the system search for it...?

I specified the driver's location, then it starts loading. At the end it just ends up having the error. My laptop and home pc runs on windows xp service pack 2.

It doesn't really specify which file, but I get to step 7 on the install manual. Then it ask for the FTD2XX.sys file, I point to the file. It appears to be installing then the error message comes up. Attached is the error.
