Default Can't get PCM to do CASE relearn on new motor

I have a 98 corvette manual. It was previously an automatic. I swapped out the tune to a manual. When trying to do case relearn I pushed the brake pedal and pulled up the emergency brake. Then reved to 5 grand and then nothing. What wires do I have to have should signal to the pcm for it to do the relearn procedure for my new motor. Also my bidirectional controls for the oil life counter won't work either.

I do not see any reference to the case learn procedure in the Tech2 or Service Publications. It is there for the F-car but not the Vette. Has anyone been able to do this on a 98 Vette?

I did not mean to confuse. There is no GM application to do this on your vehicle. The GM tool (Tech2) does not have the provision to even perform this procedure. Are you getting a code specific to the CASE not having been learned? I am not sure but possibly this does not need to be done in your case.
