That error log shows no comms with the FlashScan unit at all. Maybe you just started the software and generated the error report. To be useful the error report needs to show some attempt at connecting to the vehicle.
Try clicking on the connect toolbar icon, then if/when it fails, generate the erorr report.
If you have tried clicking on the connect icon, what error message is displayed?
try selecting different PIDs. sometimes mine wont connect at all if a certain PID is selected, it took me forever to figure out thats what was causing the problem. unfortunately i can't remember exactly which ones they were.
