look for a 2002 express van then it already the operating system you need
just needd it tuned for vats rermoval and other little things vats is the main on you can drive with the other ones
97 2500 ecsb 5.7l/4l80e/4x4 411 pcm /thorley tri-y's/dual super 40's with x (catless)/aem cai/msd 6a and coil/zz4 cam/beehive spring/lm-1
stock sucks
naw, just get one out of anything, it'll be much harder to find one specifically from a '02 xvan. it'll need to be tuned for the VATS and other stuff anyways, so its no harder to change the OS at the same time.
they came in MANY MANY vehicles from around '99 to '08. mine came from a '02 camaro I believe. you can find them in junkyards, classified ads, eBay, swap meets, anywhere carparts may be found, just look for 12200411
1996 c1500 gen1e 5.7L - the "LS31", 24x CNP, LS2 coils, modified T56, 12200411PCM running COS3, zz4 cam, custom MPFI, etc. coming soon: Twin Turbos
12200411 may be an F-body and Vette service number only. I think the trucks use a slightly different PCM (different how, I have no clue), and in any case it is the 02 Xpress Van calibration that you need loaded into ANY capable PCM. Someone just figured out the 12200411 will adapt for MANY MANY GM vehicles (possibly the most for one PCM service number).
I'm pretty sure you can use _most_ if not _all_ (but I cannot confirm this) PCM's that are 512k, unless anybody knows of any specific exceptions. (Maybe the 97-98 Vette PCM's? Quite possibly those are no good to use!)
unless I'm mistaken, all 12200411's are 512k, the 97-98 vette PCMs aren't 411's, the number I found for them is #16232148, though that could be wrong, either way, they look quite a bit different than the 411 too.
this is rock auto's list for the 411 PCM usage. I actually think theirs isn't complete, but a good basis. one from any of these vehicles should work, just make sure its actually a #12200411. there are 1mb PCM's from later vehicles which look just like the 411 with different colored connectors.

so it's if to my truck ?
I have a 99 GMC yukon slt 2wd with l31 4l60e blackbox pcm
what I need to swap to 0411? if any1 had a pdf file for that (swaping)
1. Contact Lextech for the correct file. Everyone got them from him. He is the originator. If Lextech cannot help in a timely manner, I'll send you one of mine. But they are his to give out, not mine to give out. (His are more current anyway, mine are older revisions of the same thing)
2. You need the Excel spreadsheet, some tools, some knowledge, one PCM (programmed correctly and without VATS), and two connectors for the PCM.
3. 4 Wires (about 10 feet in length or less, maybe 15 but I doubt it). And 4 ways of splicing those wires into some stock trans wires. Also, 4 crimp pins for installing on the PCM side. Get the pins and wire from S10Wildside and his website called www.eficonnection.com or EFI Connection.
If you really want to be a wild man in the future after you get the 12200411 swap done, swap to LS1 coils on your old skool 350 chebby. S10Wildside sells the conversion parts to run a true LS1 setup on a true 350 inch motor (not a measly 346, I want my 4cu in., oh and torque)
If you live in Los Angeles, I'll do the swap with you and teach you how to do it. 2-3 hours. I might have spare wire from when I did mine.
thanx man for ur help
but i'm not from LA or even US :P
but I hope its will help
thanx again n if get stuck in something I'll try to find u
I like this 1 about LS1 coils on old skool 350 its realy sounds good to
Amarrii,
2001 and 2002 model year GM vehicles used the 12200411 PCM the most. It doesn't matter what model you get the PCM from. Other PCM service numbers will work, but why bother---Just get a 12200411 and program it as previously mentioned as an 02 Express Van.
PM me your E-Mail address and I will send you the wiring file.
Jeff
