Hey paul
I confirmed the autocal is on current firmware, ok!
I confirmed the autocal config files are updated, ok!
We verified the current installed OS at matching the exact OS we put into "Target OS"
Any insight?

Best way to determine what OS is in the ECM is to get the AutoCal customer to perform a "Record Diags" which will save all the diagnostic info about the ECM (and TCM if it is available) into a text file on the AutoCal. Get the customer to send that file and it will show you the OS number in the ECM.
i.e. The start of the file looks like this:
RegardsCode:[INFO] DATE=FEB, 20 2017 TIME=11:20:04 [ECM INFO] VIN=E39W7AFG0H1xxxxxx OS=22637084 <-------------------this is the current OS as reported by the ECM Serial=86K190xxxxxx Calibration ID=N/A Stream=E38 [ECM CVN] 22637084=A55D 12635474=2657 12637167=A6A3 12625892=36F2 12633822=25C0 12635030=9AF1 12634070=180A 12635478=4F68 [ECM Monitor Status (Since DTCs were cleared)] MIL=OFF DTC_CNT=0 MIS_SUP=YES FUEL_SUP=YES etc...

I don't have the file yet, but I think what has happened is this: The two operating systems: 55488112 and 55508116 are compatible with each other. It appears as though the file you have was read from the ECM when it had 55508116 in it. Then the ECM was updated to 55488112 (maybe by the dealer as part of a scheduled service?). So to override that OS you need to put 55488112 in the Target OS.

Paul

That's the path we're on currently.. it does appear as if that's what happened. The read from the ecm does not match the os we have on stock read out. We're doing a too to bottom revalidation of the data within the files and will report back

Hey Paul, you were right! That's exactly what happened... Got different software sometime after original read... Took a new read and sure enough we got everything lined up. Thanks for the insight!
