Thanks. Clicked the CASE button, OK popped up. Assuming that CKP relearn is not needed?
Replaced my crank sensor and went to do a relearn. Couldn't find the link under bidirectional. Did they move it or just took it out completely?

I checked the grounds and measured voltages at the PCM fuses. Looks ok. Alternator is going 2 years now. Voltage is 14.2 when running. Tried starting truck tonight after 2 hours sitting and it starts...
I'm using the 12200411 PCM. It happened again tonight. No DTC set. Will check the crank sensor and wiring tomorrow.

Got a question on the minimum voltage that is needed for the PCM. Lately had intermittant stalls. Replaced battery and seems to fix it. Then yesterday it stalled and never could get it to run....
Recently noticed that the drive by wire motor makes a high pitch sound when ignition is keyed on. Never noticed that before. Also motor started to stall intermitantly. Any ideas.

Tordne,
Thanks, we checked the fuses and the cigarette lighter fuse was blown. Replaced and V2 connects.

Tried connecting with V2 on my friends 2000 Chevy S-10. V2 didn't light up. Veried that V2 still works on my 2000 silverado. Would appreciate any input.

I just ordered mines from Summit Racing for $399 on Monday. Came in today. Trying to tune my brothers fuel injected turbo bug. Can't get the RPM to work from MSD ignition 6BTM.
Yeah, something in my laptop went wrong now my v1 and v2 usb drivers can't get loaded. Will need to get it soon.
Yes I do. I installed V1 without a problem.

It doesn't really specify which file, but I get to step 7 on the install manual. Then it ask for the FTD2XX.sys file, I point to the file. It appears to be installing then the error message comes up....
Thats the driver I was using.

Joe,
I specified the driver's location, then it starts loading. At the end it just ends up having the error. My laptop and home pc runs on windows xp service pack 2.

Try monitoring PID GM.PRND. EFILive is looking at this PID to perform the crank relearn and has to be in parking or neutral. C1 pin 32 and 34 has to be grounded to force it into park or neutral.
...
C1:32,34 does not go to the TFP switch. It goes to the part/neutral position switch, left side of transmission where the shifter connects to. It has a black plastic housing around the shaft.
Finally got it work, CKP Relearn is looking at pid GM.PRND. C1 pin 32 and 34 has to be grounded. Pid GM.TFPSW is looking at the internal pressure switches in the trans. After all that it was actually...
GM.PRND is always stuck on D4. I compared them with my 2000 Silverado and the Silverado changes accordingly to what gear your on. Do you think the 4pin transmission range connector be connected to...
The actual pid is GM.TFPSW, it follows correctly when I shift the shifter.
I got the 4L60E, I got the wiring harness from Street and Performance and they have a 4 pin connector thats called the trans range switch and they told me not to connect it to anything. It's...
This switch is internally in the A4 trans right? The wires are connected with the 15 or so pin round connector on the right side of the transmission?
